Increase

Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers through whom you believed, as the Lord gave to each one? I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase. So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase. Now he who plants and he who waters are one, and each one will receive his own reward according to his own labor. 1 Corinthians 3:5-8

We are instruments of the Lord, used to plant and water His Word in the world.
We are not to compete and compare with one another with regards to the harvest.
We are not planting and watering selfishly for our own purposes and accolades.
We are allowing ourselves to be the hands and feet of the Lord for the pure joy that comes with seeing another enter into relationship with Jesus.
Who then am I, or who are you, but ministers whom the Lord uses and through whom others believe.  Stay humble.
Stay focused.
