Friend

Moses knew the Lord intimately.  

He was a not a fan, a bystander or one who watched from a distance.  

He was a follower, one who was in actual relationship with the Lord, one who got up close and personal.  

What a glorious thing, to be in the presence of the Lord, to be spoken to face to face, as a personal, intimate friend.

Have you had this experience with the Lord?  

He is waiting for you to lean in, to press in and to seek Him, not just as a God that sits high in the heavens, but as a friend, one with whom you can be real.  

Take some time today, get into His Word, sit quietly in His presence; not asking for things, but just listening to His heart for you, for those around you and for what He would speak into your heart and life.
